When holding a remote or virtual meeting, or phone call, we maintain the same level of client confidentiality and protection of your personal information, as when we hold a face-to-face meeting in the office or at a job-site, on site-visits. We will not record our online meetings unless done so with mutual consent in writing and arranged for in advance. Nor may our clients record meetings together whether in audio, video, or still photography form.

Any information we may collect on any intake forms as part of the setting up a meeting or consultation is only to help us prepare to with you in advance and help us be more effective serving your needs. We do not share your personally identifying information with others.

We may send you marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. We share your contact information with Squarespace, our email marketing provider, so they can send these emails on our behalf.
